1.  The Government of Mongolia has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Strengthening Integrated Early Warning System in Mongolia Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
2. The National Emergency Management Agency (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for GD03: Supply and installation of goods for the establishment of a new centralized Cell Broadcast System (CBS)
3. Open competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
